Thomas Gow

Died sudenly at 132 West Street, Chatham, Ontario as a result of wounds. Second son of Thomas Gow, late of Wellington Street, Greenock. Brothers John & Robert also were serving.

Died in Canada. 

Private Thomas Gow left London for overseas in April 1916, crossing to France in June. At the battle of the Somme September 18th,1916, he was wounded, and after three months treatment in France spent eleven months in England, and returned to Canada in October 1917.

Private Thomas Gow received his honourable discharge January 18th, 1918, being medically unfit for further military service. INFO
