Thomas Duffy

Born 26/3/1892. Apprentice Plumber resided with father, Andrew, at 25 John Street, Greenock.  

Enlisted 2/2/1911; Anson Bn A/31 22/8/14 & A/26 1/10/14-4/6/15. Delared Dead. Missing, assumed killed in action 

Reported by KP/810 AB G. Green "Duffy was hit in the right buttock on Turkish parapet. He said he could get back to our lines alright". (AB Green was Killed in Action 26/10/17).

Reported by Clyde 1/2567 AB J Baillie "I saw Duffy on 4th June going down our communication trench towards dressing station. He said he was hit, but not very badly. This was before the retirement."
