Malcolm Mclean - 5th Argylls

Brother of Private Alexander McLean. Employed in Clyde Shipbuilding Company. Address sometimes written at East Crawford St. Both brothers living with 3rd brother James McLean. Another brother, Sam, died in France in November 1917, serving with the 1/8th Argylls. Parents lived at Kirkclose, Longrow, Campbeltown. Both brothers remembered at Cambeltown War Memorial

Was on sentry duty at time of wounds. Bayonet wounds to stomach and hands. Died of wounds sustained on 12/07/15 Buried at Lancashire Landing.
