Husband of Margaret, he died at Port Glasgow. Born in Greenock 1881. Served in the Navy then the Army - fighting in South Africa. Fought at Mons and gassed at Loos. Discharged, he suffered from the effects of gas and shell shock. Vice Chair of Drillers Society. He died at 7 Argyle Street, Port Glasgow.
