John Kerr Black

Eldest son of the late Dr J R Black of Greenock

Served in the Straits Settlements and India. Was Lieutenant in SIngapore Volunteer Corps. Returned and was Gazetted as Captain in 8th A & SH in October 1914 but died in an Edinburgh Nursing Home as a result of illness contracted abroad.
