Houston Watson

SON OF ANNIE AND THE LATE ROBERT WATSON, OF 33, ROBINSON AVENUE, GREENOCK. The family had lived at 10 Anderson Street, Springburn before moving to Greenock. Houston was an apprentice engineer with the Greenock & Grangemouth Dockyard. His name is on the Sandbank and Ardnadam War Memorial

Houston attested in December 1915 with the 3/8th Argylls. He was transferred to the MGC. Died from the effects of gas at Wimereaux Stationary Hospital
