Discharged completed length of service 17/6/1909; enrolled RFR (Royal Fleet Reserve?) 15/7/1909; Royal Marine Artillery (RMA) Bn at Ostend 27-31/8/1914. Discharged invalided at RN Hospital Haslar 24/1/17. Died after discharge at 1.15am at home address, 68 Dempster St., from chronic bronchitis, Cardiac Failure.
