Benjamin Freedman

4th October 1918 Mr A Freedman 16 Bank St has received official intimation that his son, Pte Benjamin Freedman, Black Watch, has been admitted to hospital in England having been seriously gassed in France. He has already been wounded twice once on April 9th 1917 in the battle of Vimy Ridge. No official record of death but research by Vikki MacDonnell states he was killed
